Job Description

Role Responsibilities:
? Assisting in recruitment processes, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and managing HR data.
? Preparing job descriptions
? Screening resumes with matching skill sets and requirements
? Sourcing job search websites for potential recruits and contacting those candidates personally
? Interviewing potential sales staff members using industry-standard techniques
? Introducing new hires to the company and walking them through the hiring and training process
? Serving as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees
? Completing all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectations of the job

Qualifications:
? A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
? Experience in a similar junior HR role is a plus.
? Experience with MS Office.
? Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per year
