Role Overview
The HR & Talent Acquisition Intern will support hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Training, and R&D.
Ideal for candidates passionate about recruitment, culture-building, and people operations in a fast-paced EdTech/MedTech environment.
Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition
Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, social media, and campus outreach.
Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews.
Conduct preliminary HR screening discussions.
Maintain applicant tracking sheets (ATS/Excel).
HR Operations
Support onboarding: documentation, induction, and welcome kits.
Maintain employee files, attendance, and HR databases.
Assist with drafting job descriptions, offers, and HR documentation.
Employee Engagement
Support celebration activities, events, and team engagement.
Assist in culture-building and internal communication initiatives.
Collect employee feedback and help develop action plans.
Training & Development Support
Coordinate training sessions and workshops.
Maintain training calendars and participation records.
Support simulation workshops or HR operations when needed.
HR Projects
Research HR best practices and suggest improvements.
Assist with employer branding and social media HR content.
Support policy drafting, SOP creation, and compliance tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Pursuing or completed Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Psychology, Management, BBA, MBA, or related.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and professional communication.
Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Positive, proactive, and eager to learn.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Prior experience or coursework in HR or Recruitment.
Familiarity with job portals, sourcing tools, and LinkedIn search.
Creativity for employer branding and engagement activities.
