Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
Maintain candidate databases and HR records
Help in onboarding and documentation of new hires
Support HR operations and daily administrative tasks
Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related updates
Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
Handle emails, calls, and follow-ups professionally
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in HR, Management, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of HR functions
Ability to work in evening shift (4:00 PM-11:00 PM)
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) is a plus
