Key Responsibilities
Source candidates using
Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala
, etc.
Screen resumes and conduct basic HR telephonic screening.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain trackers, follow-up with candidates, and manage status updates.
Draft job descriptions and post vacancies on portals.
Assist with onboarding support and basic HR documentation.
Ensure smooth candidate experience during the entire hiring process.
Requirements
Pursuing or completed
BBA/MBA/B.Com/BA (HR preferred)

Good communication & interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Willing to work
onsite
and handle multiple tasks.
Strong interest in HR & recruitment.
