We are looking for a dedicated and motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. This internship will help you gain practical exposure to recruitment, onboarding, and daily HR operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Screen and shortlist resumes from job portals
Conduct initial telephonic interviews
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Assist in the onboarding and induction process
Maintain employee records and verify documents
Support HR operations and daily administrative tasks
Assist in employee engagement activities
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of HR functions
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
Freshers, graduates, or candidates currently pursuing graduation can apply
