Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
Shortlist profiles based on job requirements shared by the HR/TA team.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and panel members.
Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
Maintain applicant data and update the recruitment tracking sheet.
Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms.
Assist in campus hiring activities and walk-in drives (if required).
Follow up with candidates regarding interview updates and joining confirmations.
Support in onboarding documentation of selected candidates.
Assist the HR team with other tasks related to recruitment operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR concepts.
Comfortable working with job portals and MS Office (Excel/Word).
Good coordination skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism.
