We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Intern
to join our Human Resources team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations while learning the fundamentals of organizational culture and people management.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process -- sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support on-boarding and induction activities for new hires.
Help organize employee engagement events and internal communication initiatives.
Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and documentation.
Contribute to payroll processing and attendance tracking (if applicable).
Perform other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the HR team.
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with HR tools or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Basic understanding of HR policies, labor laws, or recruitment practices.
