Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and networking platforms.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Draft and post job descriptions on various hiring platforms.
Conduct initial candidate assessments and share feedback with the HR team.
Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment drive
