Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in the

full recruitment cycle

-- from sourcing to onboarding. Post job openings on various platforms and screen incoming resumes. Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews. Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment activities. Coordinate with internal teams and hiring managers for role requirements. Support HR team in other day-to-day recruitment and administrative activities.

Requirements:



Recent graduate

with a keen interest in HR and recruitment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic understanding of recruitment platforms and job boards preferred. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Learn:



End-to-end recruitment process (IT & Non-IT hiring). Screening, interviewing, and candidate management. Use of applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools. Exposure to HR operations and best practices.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
