We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English, have a background in BBA/MBA (preferred), and must have completed their graduation.
This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment coordination and international career counselling processes.
Key Responsibilities (KRA/KPI):
Make 40-50 outbound calls per day to potential applicants.
Evaluate candidate profiles for Germany-specific job opportunities.
Explain job descriptions and career pathways clearly and convincingly to candidates and/or their parents.
Shortlist eligible candidates for paid Virtual Counselling Sessions (VCs).
Ensure minimum 5 paid VCs are aligned per day.
Coordinate and schedule VCs with the Senior HR Counselling Team.
Assist senior HRs during VCs by taking notes, following up, and ensuring smooth communication.
Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on daily performance.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Fluent in English - both spoken and written.
Must be a graduate (BBA/MBA preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Target-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Prior experience in recruitment/telecalling/counselling will be a plus (not mandatory).
Willing to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
