Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Updating employee databases and records. Filing HR documents and maintaining organized records. Assisting with payroll data collection and processing. Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates. Preparing and distributing HR-related documents. Drafting internal communications.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Posting job advertisements on various platforms. Screening resumes and identifying suitable candidates. Initiating background checks on shortlisted candidates. Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires. Coordinating orientation programs for new employees.

HR Operations:

Assisting with employee training and development initiatives. Tracking employee participation in training programs. Supporting HR policies and procedures. Responding to employee inquiries related to HR policies and benefits. Organizing and maintaining personnel records.

Other Duties:

Assisting with HR projects and initiatives. Supporting HR team members with various tasks. Conducting research and gathering information for HR projects. Developing and maintaining HR compliance knowledge. Staying up-to-date on HR laws and regulations.

Required Skills:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A proactive and positive attitude.

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
