Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calling and initial telephonic screening of candidates for various technical and non-technical roles.
Source profiles through job portals .
Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings across platforms.
Support HR operations such as onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement activities.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the HR team.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations.
Familiarity with MS Excel/Google Sheets and applicant tracking tools.
Confidence in cold calling and candidate engagement.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-6 months of prior internship experience in HR/recruitment is
mandatory
