Job Summary:


As an HR Intern, you will assist the HR team in day-to-day operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and HR administration. This internship provides a great opportunity to learn HR processes, policies, and best practices in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in recruitment processes including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Support onboarding and induction of new employees. Maintain employee records and HR databases. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events. Help with HR administrative tasks such as preparing letters, updating policies, and filing documents. Support HR team in payroll and attendance-related activities (if applicable). Participate in projects related to HR process improvements and initiatives.

Requirements:



Recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interest in HR and people management. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
