Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Coordination
Source and screen candidates for various roles.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
Post job openings and update recruitment trackers regularly.
Support offer rollout and basic follow-ups.
Induction Support
Assist in planning and conducting induction sessions.
Prepare induction materials and collect feedback from new joiners.
HR Operations
Maintain and update employee records, HR trackers, and documentation.
Assist in preparing HR letters and coordinating internal processes.
Employee Engagement
Support in organizing employee engagement activities and surveys.
Help drive internal communication initiatives.
Reporting & Data Management
Generate and maintain basic reports and dashboards.
Ensure data accuracy and handle information confidentially.
Communication
Draft clear and professional emails and internal documents.
Maintain effective communication with candidates, employees, and teams.

Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
