Eligibility:

Graduate in any stream (Bachelor's degree is a must)
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Own laptop & willingness to work full-time from office
Proactive, eager to learn, and grow

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing ? screening ? scheduling ? onboarding Use job portals & LinkedIn to attract talent Conduct screening calls & coordinate interviews Support documentation (offers, background checks, certificates) Maintain candidate database & share weekly hiring updates Ensure smooth & professional candidate experience
