Internship Overview



We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic female HR Intern to join our Human Resources department. This is an excellent opportunity for an MBA student or graduate to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions within a fast-paced organizational setting. The ideal candidate will be a local resident eager to contribute to her community's industrial growth while building a strong foundation for her HR career.

Key Responsibilities



Recruitment Support:

Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels (job portals, social media). Screen resumes and schedule interviews. Coordinate the interview process and communicate with candidates. Help with the onboarding process for new hires.

HR Administration:

Maintain and update employee records and databases (both digital and physical files). Assist in the preparation of HR documents like employment contracts, offer letters, and appointment letters. Help manage attendance and leave records.

Employee Engagement:

Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events. Assist in internal communication efforts.

Compliance & Policies:

Learn about statutory compliance related to labor laws. Help in updating and disseminating company policies.

Learning & Development:

Assist in coordinating training sessions and workshops. Help track training effectiveness and feedback.

Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory)



Education:

Currently in the final year of an MBA program (preferably with a specialization in HR)

OR

a recent MBA graduate.

Residency:

Must be a local resident of

Killa Parikshitgarh

or

Mawana

. (Proof of address may be required).

Required Skills & Competencies



Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English. Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn. Basic understanding of MS Office (especially Excel and Word). High level of discretion and confidentiality. Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
