Support payroll and benefits administration (as needed):
Gathering timesheets or attendance records
Assisting with liaising with benefits providers
Undertake
employee engagement
and communication tasks:
Help plan or run HR events, workshops, or employee welfare activities
Draft internal communications, newsletters, HR updates
Assist with HR policy implementation and compliance:
Ensuring company policies are up to date
Helping with documentation or communications around HR policies
Perform general administrative duties:
Scheduling meetings
Preparing reports, presentations
