We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The primary responsibility of this role is to call shortlisted candidates, coordinate and schedule interviews, and ensure a smooth end-to-end interview process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Call and communicate with shortlisted candidates for various open positions.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interview panels.
Maintain and update interview trackers and candidate databases.
Send interview invites and follow-up emails/messages to ensure attendance.
Provide timely feedback to candidates post-interview in coordination with the team.
Maintain professionalism and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Assist in sourcing candidates if required (basic level).
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
0 - 3 Months of experience in HR or recruitment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficient in using MS Excel, email, and basic recruitment tools.
Comfortable in making multiple calls and handling candidate queries.
High level of patience, empathy, and professionalism.
