Hybrid - Remote with occasional in-person presence in Noida (1-2 days/week or as required)

Monday-Saturday, 10 AM - 7 PM

Role Summary

Recruiting Genie LLP

is looking for a motivated HR/Recruitment Intern to work directly with the Founder. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates (preferably commerce/business background) who are eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, and business coordination in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for active client roles.

Draft job descriptions, outreach messages, and hiring templates.

Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates.

Maintain recruitment trackers and documentation in Google Sheets/Docs.

Support day-to-day business tasks including research, calendar management, and note-taking during meetings.

Prepare drafts of presentations, proposals, and communication for clients.

You're a Good Fit If You:

Are a recent graduate from Noida/Ghaziabad (within 1-hour travel distance to Sector 62, Noida).

Have strong communication skills in English & Hindi.

Are organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Are comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and WhatsApp Web.

Are open to flexible hybrid working arrangements.
