About the internshipSelected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:



1. Utilize various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates
2. Conduct market research to understand talent trends and demands in different countries or regions
3. Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience
4. Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to determine candidate fit for specific roles and the organizational culture
5. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization's international hiring needs
6. Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing requirements and tailor recruitment plans accordingly
