Key Responsibilities:
Assist the HR team in
end-to-end recruitment activities
.
Post job openings on job portals, social media platforms, and design forums.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Instagram, and other channels.
Screen resumes to identify relevant skills for design roles (SketchUp, Enscape, AutoCAD).
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update the candidate database.
Support in onboarding activities and documentation for new hires.
Learn and implement best practices in recruitment for the design industry.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Pursuing or completed a
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Interest in
Interior Design and Architecture industry recruitment
.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and social media hiring.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
