Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
Help in onboarding new employees and conducting induction programs.
Support HR activities such as employee engagement, training sessions, and events.
Assist in drafting HR policies, job descriptions, and reports.
Coordinate with different departments to support day-to-day HR operations.
Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.
Requirements:
Pursuing or completed
Bachelor's/Master's degree
in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR concepts and recruitment processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
