Key Responsibilities
Sourcing Candidates:
Assist in identifying and attracting qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Resume Screening:
Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and match them with open positions.
Interview Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Candidate Communication:
Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing updates and answering questions throughout the recruiting process.
Who We're Looking For
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
