Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
Support employee onboarding and documentation process.
Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and personnel files.
Assist in drafting HR letters, policies, and communication.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
Provide support in performance management and training coordination.
Assist HR team in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
Requirements
Currently pursuing/completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
