We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human
Resources operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates (2024 or 2025 pass-outs) looking to
gain hands-on experience in basic HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records both digitally and in physical files
Assist in organizing and managing employee folders and documentation
Support in drafting official letters including offer letters, experience letters, and
other HR communications
Follow up with employees and internal teams on pending documentation and letter
acknowledgments
Coordinate with various departments and divisions for HR-related requirements and
data
Ensure proper filing and tracking of official HR documents and correspondence
Provide general support to the HR team in day-to-day operations
Requirements:
Any management related degree
Must be a 2024 or 2025 graduate (not currently pursuing any studies or career gap)
Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
* Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team
