Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
Maintain HR databases, records, and employee documentation.
Help coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Support in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events.
Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and other documentation.
Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
