, you will support our Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process within a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system.
Draft and post job descriptions on various job boards.
Support employer branding and campus outreach activities.
Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Assist with onboarding activities, if required.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.
Familiarity with recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc., is a plus.
