Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and motivated HR Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions, providing valuable insight into the operations of a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documents and conducting orientations. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems. Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events. Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned. Contribute to maintaining a positive and productive work environment through effective communication and teamwork.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
