We are seeking a proactive HR Intern to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. This role offers hands-on HR experience and exposure to various projects in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding activities.
Maintain HR records and databases.
Support employee engagement events and HR initiatives.
Prepare offer letters and HR documentation.
Provide administrative support and ensure policy compliance.
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Strong communication, organizational, and confidentiality skills.
Proficient in MS Office; HRIS knowledge is a plus.
Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
