HR Intern

to support our internal people processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day HR operations across both showroom and service departments Support recruitment activities: screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates Maintain and update employee records and attendance sheets Help onboard new employees with proper documentation and induction Assist in drafting HR policies and improving employee engagement initiatives Coordinate training sessions, staff meetings, and internal communication Handle basic administrative and documentation tasks Work with the management to promote a positive and productive work culture

Qualifications & Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR / Business Administration / Psychology or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Enthusiastic, organized, and detail-oriented Willingness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced environment
