HR Intern

to join our team and gain hands-on experience in core human resources functions.

Role Overview:

As an HR Intern, you will assist the HR department in daily operations, recruitment activities, employee engagement initiatives, and documentation. This internship is ideal for candidates interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources and looking to gain real-world corporate exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment processes such as job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews Support onboarding and exit formalities Maintain accurate employee records and update internal databases Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events Draft and format HR documents, reports, and internal communication Perform general administrative tasks and provide support to the HR team

Requirements:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
