HR Intern
to join our team and support our HR operations.
Job Responsibilities
As an HR Intern at Trekos, you will assist the HR team with day-to-day tasks, including:
Assisting in end-to-end
recruitment processes
(sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Helping maintain and update
employee records
and HR databases.
Supporting
onboarding and orientation
of new employees.
Drafting emails, notices, and basic HR documentation.
Coordinating with various departments for HR-related queries.
Assisting in organizing
employee engagement activities
and events.
Helping manage
attendance, leave records
, and compliance documentation.
Providing support in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Key Skills Required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Eligibility
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Freshers with strong interest in HR are encouraged to apply
Availability for full-time internship during office hours
