Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic

HR Intern

to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in

HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administration

, while working closely with experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities



Assist in the

end-to-end recruitment process

(sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews). Maintain and update

employee records

and HR databases. Support in

onboarding and induction programs

for new hires. Help organize

employee engagement activities and events

. Draft and post job descriptions on various job portals. Assist in

HR documentation, policies, and compliance tasks

. Provide support in

performance management

and training coordination. Handle day-to-day

administrative tasks

within the HR department.

Requirements



Currently pursuing or recently completed

MBA/PGDM/BBA/BA in HR, Business Administration, or related field

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

. Ability to maintain

confidentiality

and handle sensitive information. Eagerness to learn and a positive attitude.
