The HR Intern will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes, and acting as a bridge between employees and management. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities, ensuring a seamless experience.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance, leaves, and related data.
Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and communication materials.
Coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and workshops.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Support compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Prepare HR reports and MIS as required by management.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, MBA Pursuing or a related field.
0-1 years of experience in HR or similar roles (freshers with internships may also be considered).
Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HRMS is a plus.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.
