Job roles and responsibilities



Assist in posting job openings and sourcing candidates Screen resumes and help schedule interviews Support new employee onboarding and documentation Maintain HR records and update internal databases Assist in planning employee engagement and wellness initiatives Coordinate internal communications and HR-related announcements Help organize training sessions and performance tracking Provide general administrative support to the HR department

Job Requirements



Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Eagerness to learn and take initiative
