We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Intern
to support our Human Resources team with daily HR operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, and general HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (job postings, resume screening, interview coordination)
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
Help draft HR documents, policies, and internal communications
Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities
Support HR reporting and administrative tasks
Ensure confidentiality of employee information at all times
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Basic understanding of HR concepts and practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Willingness to learn and a positive attitude

Pay: ?3,000.00 - ?5,000.00 per month
