Collect and verify data for payroll and benefits administration.
Employee Engagement:
Help organize HR events, training, and communication.
Compliance:
Assist in researching HR best practices, labor laws, and company policies.
Typical Requirements & Skills
Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Familiarity with HRIS software is a plus.
