About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic
HR Intern (Female candidate preferred)
to support our Human Resources operations. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience across multiple HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding formalities and documentation.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Support HR team in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
Coordinate with internal teams for tasks related to attendance, documentation, and communication.
Handle basic HR queries from employees with professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications & Skills
Recent graduate / pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Passion for HR and people-focused roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
