Key Responsibilities
Assist in
end-to-end recruitment
: job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and follow-ups.
Support
new employee onboarding
and documentation processes.
Maintain and update
employee records
and databases.
Assist in planning and execution of
employee engagement activities
.
Help with drafting and updating
HR policies & internal communication
.
Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
Coordinate with team leads and employees for HR queries and requirements.
What We're Looking For
Pursuing or recently completed
Bachelor's/Master's
in HR/Management or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organization and coordination skills.
Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
