We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented
HR Intern
to join our team at WebSenor. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and other core HR functions while working in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews)
Maintain and update HR databases and records
Support onboarding and induction activities
Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives
Handle basic HR documentation and administrative tasks
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
