Assist in recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Support on-boarding processes including document collection and induction coordination.
Help maintain and update HR records and databases (attendance, employee data, etc.).
Assist in drafting emails, job descriptions, and HR-related documents.
Participate in employee engagement programs and internal communication.
Support the performance review and feedback collection processes.
Coordinate with candidates and external agencies as required.
Assist with HR compliance and documentation processes.
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Basic understanding of HR functions and processes.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
