Job Description

Oversees the daily workflow of the department.

Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations. Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy Enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records. Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results HR Operations

Administration Responsibilities



Maintaining MD calendar, scheduling meetings and follow ups.

Purchase and maintain inventory of office equipment, stationery and administer maintenance contracts of office equipment and facilities.

Set up and coordinate meetings and conferences.

Assist in special events, such as company activities etc.

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Requirement



Good knowledge of HR end-to-end activities

Strong communication skills

Possess a good working attitude & have a strong sense of responsibility.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Candidates who can join us immediately are preferred

Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, management team, clients and in group presentations and meetings

Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently

Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback
