The intern will support end-to-end hiring activities and gain hands-on exposure to corporate recruitment processes, stakeholder coordination, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
Conduct initial HR screening calls
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring MIS
Support offer rollouts, documentation, and candidate follow-ups
Ensure smooth onboarding coordination for selected candidates
Support employee documentation and personnel file management
Assist in maintaining attendance, leave, and HR records
Help draft HR communications and reports
Support ad-hoc HR activities as assigned
Eligibility Criteria
Currently pursuing or recently completed
MBA / PGDM in HR
or a related field
Strong interest in
Recruitment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes is an added advantage
Proficiency in
MS Excel
