Job Summary
We are looking for a
highly organized, proactive, and people-centric HR Intern
who can handle complete HR operations and contribute to building strong internal processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring
Post job listings on portals
Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews
Assist in selection and onboarding processes
Onboarding & Documentation
Prepare offer letters and onboarding kits
Maintain HR documents, employee records & compliance
Create and refine HR policies
HR Operations
Track attendance, tasks, and performance
Maintain internal communication and workflow
Support hierarchy and reporting systems
Employee Management
Coordinate team reviews and weekly meetings
Assist in conflict resolution and team engagement activities
Help build positive work culture
Strategic Support
Assist in developing long-term HR systems
Work closely with founders to improve efficiency and structure
Contribute to productivity and performance optimization
Required Skills
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Strong organizational & management ability
Basic understanding of HR processes (preferred but not mandatory)
Problem-solving mindset
Ability to handle responsibilities independently
Proactive, fast learner, and disciplined
Freshers and final-year students are welcome.
No prior experience required--skills and attitude matter more.
