ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding, development, and offboarding.

Provide regular reports to senior management regarding employee performance, engagement, retention, and other relevant data.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for HR initiatives such as HRIS implementation, employee surveys, or new training programs.
Track and manage project deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
