ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding, development, and offboarding. Manage performance management systems, including feedback, evaluations, and promotions. Drive initiatives that promote a positive company culture and support employee well-being. Organize company events, team-building activities, and initiatives that foster collaboration. Support conflict resolution and foster open communication between employees and management. Coordinate employee training and development programs to support professional growth. Promote a culture of continuous learning and career progression. Provide regular reports to senior management regarding employee performance, engagement, retention, and other relevant data. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for HR initiatives such as HRIS implementation, employee surveys, or new training programs. Track and manage project deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved. *
