We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented
HR Intern
to support our HR department with day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about building a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening resumes, coordinating interviews
Support onboarding activities for new hires
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Assist in drafting HR documents such as offer letters, warning letters, and policies
Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR events
Help with attendance tracking and leave management
Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data
Handle employee queries and provide timely support
Assist with HR audits, compliance, and documentation
Work closely with HR team on various projects and initiatives
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly
Positive attitude and team-player mindset
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, Commerce, Psychology, or any related field
MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory)
