SEOAK Innovations is looking for a proactive and motivated
HR Intern
to support our recruitment and hiring process. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in HR, specifically in talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases.
Conduct initial telephonic rounds and shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule interviews with candidates and coordinate with internal teams.
Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment trackers regularly.
Assist in onboarding processes and documentation.
Support HR team in day-to-day operations whenever required.
Requirements:
Any Bachelor's or Master's degree (HR specialization preferred, but not mandatory).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong interest in hiring and talent acquisition.
Ability to multitask, take initiative, and maintain professionalism.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
