We're looking for an

energetic, people-loving, super-organized HR Intern

to join our OAKS family!

What You'll Be Doing

Support hiring -- sourcing, screening & coordinating interviews
Assist onboarding & welcome new joiners
Plan HR events, festivals & team activities
Maintain HR records, documentation & attendance
Draft internal communications
Work with smart AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Canva AI)
Help us build a fun & positive work culture

Strong communication skills
Friendly, energetic & approachable
Fast learner + good team spirit
Passionate about HR & people
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup
Bonus: Job portal knowledge, Canva skills, or social media hiring
