We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Intern
to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions, gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. This internship is a great opportunity to learn the fundamentals of HR management in a dynamic, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process (job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews).
Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Help organize employee engagement events and initiatives.
Assist in drafting HR documents, policies, and communication materials.
Support performance management and training coordination.
Handle general HR administrative tasks and provide support to the HR team as needed.
Participate in HR meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
