Responsibilities :



Assist in

recruitment activities

: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. Support

onboarding & induction

processes for new employees. Maintain and update

employee records

and HR databases. Help in organizing

employee engagement activities

and internal events. Assist in

payroll support, attendance, and leave management

. Research and prepare HR-related reports or presentations as needed. Provide administrative support to the HR team in daily operations.

Qualifications:



Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in

Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field

. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good organizational and time management abilities. Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of HR software (Zoho People, SAP, etc.) is a plus. Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,388.13 per month

Work Location: In person
